How
is the container delivered and how much space is
required? Containers
are delivered on a "tilt-bed" truck for 20' containers
while the 40' containers are delivered on a tilt-bed trailer. Once the container is backed into position
and tilted down, the truck or trailers drives out from
under the container. For a 20' storage
container, about 75 feet of straight clearance is
needed. For a 40" storage container, the truck
and trailer will need about 150 feet. back
What
is your delivery area? NH, MA, and parts of Maine
and Vermont. back
Is
there any site prep ? The
site should be fairly level and firm. We have
delivered on grass, dirt, cement, and pavement.

How
long will delivery take once I order a container? We strive to deliver storage containers to fit
our customer’s needs. We have delivered many
containers on the same day as they are ordered but
suggest that you allow a day or two if possible.

Do I have to be present for the delivery? We highly recommend that an authorized representative
be there for delivery. If that is not possible, other
arrangements can be made. Please talk to customer
service to arrange such a delivery.

Are storage containers watertight? Our containers are completely enclosed to offer wind and
water protection. However, when the air outside the
container gets cooler than the air inside, a small amount of condensation may occur and
we recommend covering valuable items with plastic for
added protection.

Is there I minimum or maximum rental period? There
is no minimum time
rental period but there be a minimum monthly
charge.

What type of Payment is required? For
monthly rentals we collect the first months rent plus
the delivery and the pickup charges. If renting
annually, we collect the yearly rental plus the
delivery charge. The pickup charge will still be due
when the container is picked up.

Do you have shelving? We
can provide 24” shelving brackets but the customer
normally supplies the shelving material which consist
of three
2X8’s by your desired shelf length.

What color are the containers? Our
standard color is gray but other colors can be
provided for long term rentals.

Can a ground level container be moved loaded? Because
of the weight issue, our delivery trucks are not
designed to move loaded containers.

I buy a container I am renting? Yes.
